Your teams need to ensure that bias is surfaced and mitigated, and you and your collegues are accountable to achieve such maturity in an efficient manner when dealing with large scale IT portfolios involving hundreds of projects and products.

You know that all projects are not created equal. To optimize the usage of modern software delivery practice effectiveness, you need the ability to characterize each project quickly so you can understand the fit-for-purpose of the way-of-working choices made by teams.

You also know that teams need to ensure they are on the same page.
