Jason Grelowski

A proven business executive and entrepreneur, who has built, lead and advised organizations from start-ups to mature growth over the past 20+ years.   He has successfully partnered with emerging and mid-tier firms to stimulate growth, increase profitability, improve service and team effectiveness, while achieving diversification and expansion goals.  As Managing Director of Solvera, he grew revenues exponentially and built a team of more than 75 consultants.  The team continues to be recognized as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies and one of MediaCorp’s Top 100 Employers.

A creative thinker and strategist, Jason has an infectious passion and positive outlook. His personable leadership style empowers staff and aligns an organization behind a vision.  A native Albertan and proud Calgarian, he has lived and enjoyed cities across Canada and has developed a strong commitment to his community and the arts. He is a member of Calgary on Purpose, past development chair and board member of the Glenbow Museum, a proud dad and partner.

Mark Kennaley is the President and Chief Technology Officer of Software Development Experts. As a senior consultant, he provides services to some of the largest Fortune 50 companies focused on improving the Enterprise IT Value-Stream. With over 25 years experience in the Information Technology industry, Mark has served clients as a trusted advisor within various domains including Defense, Financial Services, Insurance, Government, Utilities and Telecommunications. Notable career highlights include the re-engineering of the Japanese Banking System and the re-engineering of the Personnel and Payroll systems for the United States Department of Defense. He is the author of the Dr. Dobbs Jolt Award winning book SDLC 3.0: Beyond a Tacit Understanding of Agile.  He is also the author of the groundbreaking book Value Stream: Generally Acceptable Practice for Enterprise Software Development and product architect and inventor of the Advisor Platform.

Mark holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of British Columbia, and leverages his profession and its rigor to deepen industry norms and challenge popular views.


Carson Holmes

Carson Holmes is a management consultant, methodologist, software engineer, and educator. He is the VP of Service Delivery and the Community Leader at Software Development Experts. Mr. Holmes started programming over 30 years ago and for the last 20 years has helped numerous Fortune 500 IT enterprises across a variety of industries achieve their strategic goals. He is a specialist in IT governance and process improvement and leverages pragmatic practices and tools that benefit the enterprise IT value stream. 

Mr. Holmes is a natural leader skilled at building great teams and delivering solutions that maximize business value. As a management consultant, he is an agent for change and often works with senior level executives to fine tune their organization for efficiency and effectiveness. Mr. Holmes is a proponent of process enactment and workflow automation and leads a new virtual user group focused on Jazz and CLM. He regularly presents at user groups and software conferences, and holds a degree in computer science and engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.
